This website belongs to BES Roofing Ltd (company no. 14589108), Unit 8, Blue Barns Business Park, Old Ipswich Road, Ardleigh, Colchester CO7 7FX. This page explains what happens to your details when you get in touch, in plain English.

What we collect and why

If you use the quote form, we ask for your name, phone number, postcode and a note about the job. That is everything, and it exists for one reason: so we can call you back, look at the roof and give you a price. If you ring or email us instead, we have whatever you choose to tell us.

Form messages are delivered straight to our email inbox by a form delivery service, and our email is hosted in the UK. We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to quote, do the work and keep normal business records, then they go.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing, we don't run mailing lists, and nobody gets added to anything by asking for a quote. The form service and our email host just carry the message; once it lands in our inbox, the only people reading it are us.

Cookies: none

This site sets no cookies, which is why there is no cookie pop-up. Our visitor counting is anonymous (it counts pages viewed, not people), and the site is served through Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs to run and protect it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call 07496 838368 and we'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
